We’re excited to announce that the Casting For The Kids 5th Annual Fishing Tournament will proceed as scheduled this weekend. 

​

The Captain's Meeting will still be held on Friday at The Point at the usual time. Pre-registration begins at 5 PM, followed by the Captain's Dinner and Meeting starting around 6 PM. We invite everyone to stay afterward and mingle.

We’ve also reduced the entry fee for the four-man boat to $250 for the slam. Please note that there will still be additional fees for the calcutta entries and the trash can slam if you choose to participate.

CAPTAINS MEETING & DINNER

The Tournament officially begins at the conclusion of the Captain’s Meeting

In person registrations begin at 5pm-6:30pm.

 

ENTRY FEE

Slam* $125 per angler or $250 per vessel up to 4 anglers and $50 for each additional up to 6

anglers max (includes tournament shirt, captains meeting meal, and meal at the event)

 

Calcutta will be $100 per species per boat *Must be registered for Slam

Trash Can Slam: $100 per entry *must be register for Slam

​

FORMAT: PICTURE TOURNAMENT

Slam will be the total length of 1 Snook, 1 Redfish, 1 Trout and 1 Mangrove Snapper (once picture is submitted you cannot submit again)

​

Calcutta will be the total length of up to 3 fish (once 3 are submitted you cannot submit additional fish of same Species) 3 separate Calcutta’s available; Redfish, Snook and Trout

​

Trash Can Slam will be the largest trash fish in inches -Total length. The species are as follows. Lady Fish, Cat Fish and Crevalle Jack.

Slam: 1st $2500, 2nd $1300, 3rd $800, 19th $500

Trash Can Slam: $800
